Gonorrhea

Ceftriaxone 125 mg IM or

Ciprofloxacin 500 mg PO or

Spectinomycin 2 g IM

Chlamydia

Azithromycin 1 g PO or

Doxycycline 100 mg PO bid × 7 days or

Erythromycin 500 mg PO qid × 7 days

Trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis

Metronidazole 2 g PO

Hepatitis B Vaccine

1.0 mL IM. Repeat in 1 and 6 months.

Tetanus (if indicated)

Td 0.5 mL IM

HIV

Zidovudine 300 mg and Lamivudine 150 mg (Combivir) PO bid for 28 days. Addition of protease inhibitor should be considered for high-risk exposures.

Pregnancy

Plan B (levonorgestrel 0.75 mg) 2 tablets immediately or

Ovral 2 tablets immediately, repeat in 12 hours or

35 μg combination birth control pill, 4 tablets immediately, repeat in 12 hours or
